Henry Rath has over 20 years of experience in biotechnology industry with roles spanning corporate finance, strategy and business development with Amgen Inc., Catabasis Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Baxter Biopharmaceuticals Inc., and has completed licensing and M&A transactions in the US as well as many other international geographies. Henry began his career with roles in the banking and consulting industries focusing on biotechnology with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and LEK Consulting. Henry received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
